These hose and fittings are currently available on specials orders only. Please
call or send us an email with your requirements.
For a professional assembly we recommend using
Soft Jaws in the vice to protect the hose ends and AN/JIC Sized -
Spanners which give an ideal aluminium-on-aluminium fit helping to preserve the anodising and life of the fittings.

| Remove socket from fitting. |
Feed the hose into the socket with a turning motion, feeding the braid in as you turn the hose. |
Hold the fitting in a vice with smooth or soft jaws, and lubricate the threads with a light oil. |
 |
 |
 |
| Push the hose firmly onto the thread whilst rotating the hose. Keep turning the hose until the first three to four threads have engaged. |
Tighten socket using a spanner or adjustable, continue turning the socket until it reaches the base of the thread. |
When the socket reaches the base of the thread keep turning for two complete turns. |
