These fittings are suitable for gravity or low pressure and are available from SpeedShopUK through special order. Please

For a professional assembly we recommend using
Soft Jaws in the vice to protect the hose ends and AN/JIC Sized -
Spanners which give an ideal aluminium-on-aluminium fit helping to preserve the anodising and life of the fittings.

| Cut hose at the required length using a fine tooth saw blade or cut off wheel. Clean any loose debris from both the cut ends and inside the hose. |
Hold the fitting in a bench vice, lubricate the fitting tail and inside the hose. (to make for easier fitting gently heat the hose with a hot air gun). |

| Push the hose over the fitting tail until it is tight behind the red hose finisher.. |
Please Note: Straight female fittings require the use of a male adaptor during hose assembly to stop the fitting tail turning. |
